FLATLINERS 2017 Review

Lave watched “Flatliners” and now he’s telling you what he thought about it. For some reason they thought it would be a good idea to remake (or resuscitate) 1990’s cult film Flatliners. But is it any good or is it dead on arrival?

symon-lee james says:

Great video. That Tron skit worked perfectly!

White Barn Therapy says:

I was away when this came out in the cinema and I missed it! I was gutted as it was on my list of films to see this year. Having watched your review I'm intrigued now. I hear you hating on it but I hear all of the psychology references! Do I spend the £10 when it hits the DVD shelf or do
I steer well clear? I've not seen the original so I have nothing to compare it to but I thought the general story line sounded fascinating … hmmmm

Bryan Lomax Movie Talk says:

Hahahah, dude, that Tron: Legacy music worked really nicely with the footage.

Bryan Lomax Movie Talk says:

Hahaha, I was really expecting a total abortion with this film because of everything I've heard about it, but I honestly don't think it's half as bad as people are making out. Not a shred of originality, granted, but I thought it was an effective enough little thriller. I love how all of a sudden people are holding the original up as though it were some untouchable classic.

Rami The Critic says:

Good lord, I saw this film last night. Absolute rubbish!

fearlessbluntman says:

Sounds like a focus group wrote the whole thang lol!!! Love this rant brother 🙂

Gump's Videos says:

This was the sweetest rant ever. 😂 btw love that ending bit.

Billy Boid says:

What annoys me most about both the remake and original is that neither really utilise what is actually a very very interesting concept. The whole 'bringing back my sins' shtick is such a cop-out, and just turns it into a standard horror film.. Just think of the possibilities they had at their disposal when looking at life after death.. Do Heaven and Hell exist? Purgatory? Are we judged before moving on? etc. But oh no.. Let's just send them on a glorified acid trip and bring their sins back to kill them one by one.. Boring.

Menstrel says:

Good review!

crazyEnigma619 says:

Cali C says:

Screen Crawler says:

Man, this don't sound like the best of movies! In no rush to see this one!
