Nelson Smith says:

I like the quality of the production of "Deadpool". I haven't seen the sequel, yet. MAYBE Marvel should let the X-Men have their own unique universe AND movies, but they still have a lot of things they need to work on. You can't just make a blanket statement that ALL previous X-Men movies were "okay" so let's not change anything and just keep things going, as they are, forever.

If the previous X-Men movies, before "Wolverine" and "Deadpool" were basically, on average, "6 or 7, out of 10" movies, then with consistent effort and planning the future X-Men movies can be consistently " 8 out of 10" or "9 out of 10".

Jokes and X-Men movies that are stuffed with comedy are not the cure-all for these characters. Getting the powers and abilities right, getting the personalities of the characters right, and getting the atmosphere of the X-Men world, just right, that is the way to improve these movies and keep them going in an upward trajectory.

I like what they are doing with Deadpool and I agree that they can use A LOT of it as a foundation for a better and stronger future X-Men universe.

Tracy Tobias says:

Yeah, gotta see this.

Nostalgic Critic says:

Grace Deadpool franchise is a soft reboot of X-Men.Brian Singer's X-MEN is not connected to Deadpool. Let it go. It's over.

Highly Serious says:

Disappointing to hear the action sequences aren't as good as the first film. Hopefully the comedy makes up for it….looking forward to seeing Deadpool 2

Flash_92 Gaming says:

Dopinder shouldn't really affect Middle Eastern stereotypes….. as he isn't Middle Eastern. He is South Asian, both the character and the actor 🙂

Scott Robinson says:

A Joe Kelleyesque movie? Now I'm even more excited

Christopher Simon says:

your reviews are so so much better than the others. they hardly ever talk about anything that matters to me. other than the obvious stuff

Arcade says:

All brown people are terrorist stereotypes when it comes to hollywood…

sanch Sanchayan says:

Do you live at the top of a skyscraper ?

Eric says:

I haven't heard you gush about a movie like this in quite a long time. You really gave this one high praise compared to all the other movies that you've reviewed. I'm really looking forward to seeing it.

William W says:

Thanks for the non-spoiler review!!! After watching Infinity War, I wasn't sure if I wanted to see this movie because I really liked Infinity War and wasn't sure if any movie would be a good competition to it. But I changed my mind just now. If deadpool say something like "Who do you think you are? Thanos?" I would be dead, lol.

Just A Common Fan says:

Well, now I am even more excited!

mk6rfc1 says:

dopinder isnt from the middle east

Ryan Volkman says:

Thank you Grace I also agree that the X-Men don’t need to be part of the MCU. If they were going to do that they should’ve done it earlier, and I love all of them OK not all of them most of them and they are perfect on their own I think new mutants looks amazing and I hope it still happens we don’t need wolverine with Captain America it would be cool but it’s test it’s time I feel . I fucking love Xmen I love the 90s cartoon and I really hope Disney does not get rid of the gifted I love it and have you seen it

Parker Dutcher says:

what really needs to happen is the crossover Deadpool and Spiderman movie. It was a comic for awhile it needs to happen

Cherno Alpha says:

Deadpool 2 is lame
